CES designed, manufactured and completed our largest Cryogenic Treatment Chamber (CTC) to date. With dimensions of 7 meters long, 2.1 meters deep and wide and an opened height of 3.5 meter.

This Cryogenic Treatment Chamber was designed to fit the customers existing layout and production line that consists of a +980°C oven,  a -80°C Cryogenic Treatment Chamber and a +510°C oven for final tempering. The CES designed CTC has an overall homogeneity of ±5°C to meet the aviation component industry standards.

The machine is controlled with a Siemens S7 series PLC from the customers central control room. All safety and CE regulations have been integrated in the CTC controls and design.
