CES recently completed a Dual Drum Spiral Cooler for the world's largest cosmetics manufacturer. Due to the massive scale of this project the complete system had to be assembled piece by piece inside the customer's production room.

The Dual Drum Spiral Cooler has one continues belt that takes the product up on the first drum and down on the second drum. This system allows our customer to have a product dwell time range from 15 to 90 minutes with a 4 inch product clearance height. The Dual drum drives are both independent and electronically geared with the take-up drive motor allowing for an accurate overdrive tuning. 

Two stainless steel heat-exchangers continuously circulate a cooled glycol mixture and guarantee that the cooler's set-point is properly maintained.  The insulated cooler housing is also completely made of stainless steel with triple pane glass viewing windows.
