The world's biggest and most renowned bearing manufacturer has chosen CES for building a cryogenic treatment chamber with the highest standards.   

Our customer demanded a cryogenic chamber with classification 5. CES is proud to announce that we were able to build a cryogenic chamber with a temperature difference of +/- 3°C at a temperature of -150°C on the most outside edges of the cryogenic chamber.   

To avoid corrosion on the bearing material CES is able to heat up the chamber to +120°C. Within the hour it is possible to go from -150°C to +120°C at a speed of 5°C/Min which is 100% fully PLC controlled.
This fully stainless steel chamber has usable inside dimensions of  900mmx1300mmx1500mm (WxDxH) which is able to accept a maximum load of 800kg.

Because of this cryogenic chamber our customer is able to satisfy their highly demanding customers in the Aviation Component Industry.
