Sub Zero Quenching chamber with a wide range of special features.

For a Swiss heat treatment company we build a fully customized unit with a wide range of special features. As many companies experience in this field, a metal treatment service provider has to be very flexible in terms of variety of parts he can treat. That's why we engineered for this customer a cryogenic chamber in which he can use standard containers as well as long parts. To do so the chamber can be divided into two parts by means of a removable and insulated partition wall. This top loaded chamber operates in a temperature range between -150 °C and +250 °C. The wide range of operating modes, the supervision and the control of the installation is done by an in-house programmed PLC.
