CES developed the first ever built cryogenic batch freezer with a rotating product trolley.
Industrial food slicing operations are often done after the products to be sliced, are frozen to -6°C (21.2°F), -8°C (17.6°F) core temperature; it is important that all logs are equally frozen. Only a batch or cabinet freezer with a rotating product trolley can achieve a fully homogeneous freezing of the full trolley load, logs inside the load are at exactly the same temperature as those at the outside of the trolley. This homogeneity of the product temperature is extremely important for the slicing of reconstituted food products.
