CES constructed a third Cryogenic Treatment Chamber for a worldwide renown company specialised in developing specific components for the AVIATION industry.

More than 20 years of  "cryogenic" experience is being put into our Cryogenic Treatment Chamber to meet all required extremely high demands of the Aviation Component Industry.

This fully stainless steel chamber is installed vertically, is up to 4 meter high and is equipped with : 

• Multiple Temperature zones
• Multiple Thermocouples per temperature zone
• Multiple Axial fans at inside - Turbine fan - Exhaust fan
• Multiple LIN injection
• Fully PLC controlled

The multi - zone nitrogen injection system and the overall super visioning PLC system results in the best temperature homogeneity ever reached in a Cryogenic Treatment Chamber of +/-2°C.

With the installation of this Cryogenic Treatment Chamber CES proves to be THE WORLD STANDARD for engineering - constructing and installing Cryogenic Metal Treatment Chambers.
