After an intense engineering study and a detailed development process CES has finally completed a one of a kind heating, cooling and oscillation apparatus for the pharmaceutical industry. This specially designed machine will be used in the research and development department of a world-renowned health care company. 

Our extensive background and innovated design process enabled us to develop this new apparatus to the exact specifications requested by our customer. The machine is capable of freezing and heating products with an unmatched speed and accuracy. This prototype apparatus also houses an oscillating platform to gently stir the products. A high-tech Allen Bradley control system allows our customers to modify different parameters and set-points to create the required heating and cooling ramps as well as different oscillations speeds and patterns.  The apparatus and its 300+ parameters are also linked to a computer using an Ethernet/IP connection. This high speed network provides complete PC based controls and automatically generates Excel spreadsheets for accurate documentation. 

The combination of on board visualization, PC based controls and windows compatible data files provide our pharmaceutical customers with the next generation research and development equipment.
