CES has  installed a newly developped rotary chiller-freezer for shredded mozzarella in Belgium.

Our customer, a major dairy processor, is proud to have the first line in Europe for IQF Mozarella (Individually Quick Frozen).

The new CES rotary freezer is chilling or freezing the schredded mozzarella IQF to avoid the cheese to be sticked together. For the pizza restaurant, the mozzarella is very easy to dose as topping on the pizza.
