    CES Pelletiser Freezer for Probiotics

    CES recently completed a new system to manufacture frozen pellets of Probiotics for one of the largest privately owned companies in North America. 95% of the pellets are uniform with an average diameter between 1/8" and 3/16" (3mm to 5mm).

    This machine was designed to meet strict dairy standards and is equipped with an automatic CIP (Clean-In-Place) system that allows for easy clean-up and sanitation. Read on...

    CES Cincinnati mentioned as key supplier in April 2009 Food Engineering article in conjunction with Celebration Foods Plant of the Year Award.

    At 75 ft. [22m] in length and more than 6 ft.[1.8m] wide, the nitrogen tunnel supplied to Celebration Foods is the longest unit ever produced by CES. The bottom-mounted spray nozzles and supplementary fan system create freezing efficiencies that reduce the amount of nitrogen consumed by 30% per unit compared to Celebration's previous equipment. Throughput is also 150% greater according to Celebration Foods.

    CES provided a local meat producer with a CES Multipass (3-belt) freezer.
      

    The product is crusted on the first belt, the second and third belt are installed to freeze the product to an overall temperature of -18°C.
